A tailored-to-you, completely custom package, Partial Planning is ideal for the couple who has some components of their event planned, scheduled, or ordered, and others still on hold. We’ll intentionally combine the final touches, personalizing the celebration experience to fit you. Each custom package comes with Day-of Planning.

Month-of Planning is best for the couple who has almost everything figured out, but still needs a little extra help getting down the aisle. Where do I come in? To project-manage and tie-up loose ends, 12 weeks before your wedding date. We’ll finalize every detail you’ve got planned and execute à la Emily Ventura (meaning all will be pristine and polished).

You’ll also be able to add additional events like rehearsal dinner, after party, and post-wedding day brunch planning.
Enjoy your engagement – it’s a phase of your life you won’t want to rush. Drink all the champagne you get gifted, taste all the desserts, and just have fun! And don’t worry if plan A doesn’t come to be, plan B will be just as magical.

Emily and Alyssa were one of the best parts of our wedding! Emily took care of all of the little details that were such a big deal to us so we didn’t have to worry. She was always ready to answer any questions and happy to give opinions when we needed one. Not only did she help so much before and on the day of, but she also helped us through postponing our wedding during Covid. Emily was the MVP of our wedding. I am in graduate school so I knew I wasn't going to have much time and energy to plan a wedding. I gave Emily my general ideas and she created the most beautiful wedding ever. She was 10 steps ahead of any problem that ever arose and was extremely sweet and professional in every situation. I cannot recommend her enough! She even packed special snacks for me for the wedding day because I have some allergies. All of our bridal party loved her so much and called her ‘mom’ throughout the wedding weekend. They have already claimed her for their future weddings. Hiring Emily was the single best decision my wife and I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. She brought our dream wedding to life, and worked within the budget that we had in mind. Where she perhaps shines brightest is during Day-of coordination.
