01. Why hire a wedding planner?
A wedding planner is the ultimate resource to have in your arsenal as you plan the biggest celebration of your life. I’m not just your Wedding Planner, I’m your Wedding Confidante (read: advocate and wedding bestie). I work closely with you to ensure you have peace of mind from beginning to end, so that you’re always seen, heard, and cared for. Relax and revel in your celebration – I’ll handle the rest!
02. How often do you meet with your clients and where?
For me, communication is key. I meet with my clients as many times as necessary to bring the desired vision to life! I’m lucky to work collaboratively with my clients using Aisle Planner – known as the greatest wedding planning software of all time (read: most iconic). Detailed checklists, timelines, budgets, style guides, calendars, and documents – you name it, it’s all housed there. And, whether you want to chat about hair, makeup, invitations, or seating charts, I’m always a phone call away!
03. What’s your wedding planning signature?
I love sending my couples little gifts and surprises throughout the planning process. They never know when they’re coming, but they might get a sentimental card in the mail or a fun playlist with our favorite tunes from the planning process. I want my clients to know that I’m always thinking of them – around the clock!
04. Does Emily Ventura travel?
OF COURSE! I love traveling, especially for weddings. Visiting new venues and working with new vendors is a personal obsession of mine. I mean – who wouldn’t want a little getaway? Visit the Destinations page to learn more about our travel services.

Hiring Emily as our wedding planner was hands down the best decision my husband and I made other than deciding to get married. Wow! There aren't enough kind things I can say about our experience working with Emily. She was able to take an idea I had and create it into the dream wedding I had always wanted. Her communication was exceptional and she was always prompt – both with my husband and I, and with the other vendors.
