Who is ready for reception details? I loved breaking this blog up into two parts so I can showcase the beautiful photography and details from The Arts Garden Indianapolis. I am not sure if it was the perfect summer weather, the florals or the love in the air that made this day so special. The food from the Conrad was incredible and if you have never experienced white glove service you should. I was happy to see that the dance floor was full of people having fun and dancing the night away. It’s sometimes hard to get people on the dance floor but that wasn’t the case for Lauren and Nate’s family and friends. I mean who could blame them? The DJ from DJ Sound Solution was playing some great music, I even wanted to bust a move. I guess you could say people were having the time of their lives (Dirty Dancing reference)!
Toward the end of the night we snagged Lauren and Nate away to take some beautiful photos of them on the streets of Indianapolis. This was one of the most stunning weddings I have completed to date.
Favorite moment of the day: When the four gentleman gave a toast in honor of Lauren’s father who had recently passed away then continued the toast with a tequila shot in his memory.
Favorite moment with the bride and groom: I got to witness Lauren and Nate exchange each other’s wedding gifts. It was such a neat moment between the two of them after the ceremony. Both of their eyes lit up when they saw the thoughtful gifts that were given. Let’s be honest, I would be happy with a pair of Christian Louboutins as well. It was just another great moment showing how perfect these two are together.
