Christmas may be behind us but looking at the images from Chelsea and Mitch’s winter wonderland wedding take me right back to the holidays. Big thanks to Nathaniel Edmunds Photography for capturing this day!
It was my first meeting with Chelsea and Mitch that I got a glimpse of what they wanted for their December wedding. Chelsea is the most heartfelt about a couple of things: her job, Christmas, her dog and the love she has for Mitch. I knew it was my job to make the Columbia Club look like December 25th all over again. With the help of Lauren from Woven Blooms we achieved just that. Every detail was perfectly in place from the Christmas trees at the altar, the evergreen on each place setting and favors of wreath bottle openers. One of the best parts of the day was seeing the reaction on Mitch’s face when he saw his Green Bay Packers grooms cake; Princess Confections really did a wonderful job making this delicious funfetti cake.
The day was perfect and Chelsea and Mitch were a pleasure to be around. Their dance floor was packed until the very end of the evening and it was so fun to see Chelsea’s reception dress. I have to say I really adore this couple. Chelsea and I keep finding that we have much more in common than we could have ever imagined. Cheers to Mr. and Mrs. Purcell, may life grant you many more dogs and years of happiness!
