Ashley and Joe were a dream to work with. I was introduced to this lovely couple by Girl Meets Party. If you don’t know who they are, it’s a company out of Chicago that helps couples by pairing them with their perfect vendors.
My first meeting with Ashley and Joe was at Cafe Patachou during lunch hour; these were my type of people. Here I learned about their big bridal party, wedding colors of blush and royal blue, and their dreamy ceremony venue at the Indiana State House with a reception following at The Willows on Westfield. It wasn’t till a couple more months into planning did Ashley and I really click.
Fast forward to the week of her wedding. My week was full of making sure all details and decor for Ashley’s special day was in my procession and taken care of. At her rehearsal I met her bridal party of 16 people. I knew at that moment, this wedding was going to be fun! Ashley and Joe were surrounded by so many friends and love ones.
Joe and Ashley danced the night away to classic hip hop and old school hits. I even caught myself dancing a little bit! The worst part of the night was having to tell Ashley and Joe it was time for their sparkler send off, they truly didn’t want to leave. But as planned, Joe and Ashley ran down the aisle of their friends holding sparklers to light the way for them. My favorite part of the night was watching Ashley turn around and see everyone one last time before getting in the limo. I will always hold Ashley and Joe close to my heart and the feelings Ashley and I had for each other that evening will never change.
